Project Parlor presents the fourth annual Summer BBQ Championship Series, round two, week one, on July 21.

The bar has signed up 16 local chefs for a barbecue competition, who will grill up specialty dishes in the backyard of Project Parlor. Every Sunday, one winner is invited back to face off against another winning chef until a champion is crowned in September.

The champion will receive a "meat-inspired trophy" and a $500 bar tab.

This week's returning teams are Foodie Tang and Thunda.

The day starts at 2 p.m., and goes until 9 p.m.
