The New York Virtuoso Singers will inaugurate their 26th season with a concert at Kaufman Center's Merkin Concert Hall. The program will feature work by Johannes Brahms and the composers who influenced him, or were influenced by him: Bach, Mozart, Schubert, Schumann, Bartok, Schoenberg and others. Artistic director and founder Harold Rosenbaum will conduct.

The concert will begin at 3 p.m. and will be preceded by a talk by Walter Frisch, professor of music at Columbia University.

Admission to the concert costs $25 for general admission or $20 for students and seniors. Tickets may be purchased online, at the box office or by phone at (212) 501-3330. Student/senior tickets are only available at the box office or at the door.
