"Hava Nagila" ("Let Us Rejoice") is a traditional Eastern European folk song that has become a popular and widely recognized melody played at Jewish festivities around the world. This multimedia exhibition employs images, video, music and design to chronicle the song's century-long journey from a Ukrainian shtetl to settlements in Palestine to banquet halls in America.

Access to this exhibition is included with general admission to the museum.

Please note: The Museum of Jewish Heritage is closed Saturdays, Thanksgiving, and major Jewish holidays: Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur Eve, Sukkot, Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah.The museum closes at 3 p.m. on Fridays from November through March and on the evening of major Jewish holidays. Final admission to the museum is 30 minutes prior to closing time.
