Create a fruit pie from scratch under the guidance of chief Brooklyn Kitchen instructor Megan Phelan. Participants will develop the skills of forming butter and lard crusts and crafting lattice-tops. At the end of the two-hour class, each student will have assembled his or her own mini-pie to take home to bake.

Tickets cost $65 per person and are available online. All students will receive a 10 percent discount on cookware purchased at The Brooklyn Kitchen on the day of class.
