A pasta-making class at Chelsea Market's Giovanni Rana Pastificio & Cucina will focus on dishes made with summer produce. The class will allow visitors to choose from a basket of fresh Union Square Greenmarket veggies to create their own pasta, followed by a meal at the restaurant.
