Revfit Bootcamp offers a donation-based workout class at Astoria Park on Tuesday nights, designed for general fitness and open to all ages.
The class will be led by Trainer Chris Pavlou and Apprentice Trainer Rosendo Pili. Each class runs an hour and begins with an active yoga sequence, with the rest of the routine varying from week to week. The focus of each workout is balance, flexibility, conditioning, agility, speed and strength, with a strong focus on core.
Participants should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle. Classes meet inside the track at Astoria Park.
