The Democratic clubs and the College of Staten Island will host a forum for Democratic mayoral candidates at the Williamson Theatre in the school.

So far, candidates scheduled to appear are: Sal Albanese, former city councilman; John Liu, the city comptroller; and Bill Thompson, former city comptroller and the runner-up in the 2009 race.

The forum will be moderated by CSI political science professor and author Richard Flanagan, and hosted by the Staten Island Democratic party chairman John Gulino.

Each candidate will have a chance to make an opening and closing remark, and then respond to questions selected by each club president and members, CSI students, and the moderator.

The public can also submit questions to candidates by emailing SIMayoralForum@gmail.com and through social media.

Other Democratic candidates, Public Advocate Bill de Blasio and City Council Speaker Christine Quinn, have also been invited.
