During Boerum Hill Association's general meeting this month, Bill Harris, long time resident and local realtor, will present the history of the neighborhood's Native American Mohawks, who worked as steelworkers and helped build many of the city's signature skyscrapers.

Representatives of the United States Postal Service will also update the community about the lease of the Time Plaza Station and expected facility improvements. The BHA would like to hear from community members about service and delivery issues.

Refreshments will be served.

The meeting will take place at Belarusian Church, located on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Bond Street.
