Able-bodied athletes and those with disabilities are invited to celebrate running at Achilles International's 11th Annual Hope and Possibility 5 Miler in Central Park.

The June 30 race, which starts in the park near West 67th Street on West Drive, provides a special opportunity for the athletes to run together.

Medals and cash prizes will be given to winners in the open, wheelchair, handcycle, visually impaired, above and below-knee amputee and ambulatory disabled categories. Kids receive free T-shirts and participants can join in family-friendly activities.

The price between March 20 and June 29 is $23 for NYRR members, $15 for junior and senior members and $37 for non-members.

On the event day the price is $25 for NYRR members, $20 for junior and senior members and $40 for non-members.

Participants can register online by visiting https://mynyrr.nyrr.org/login.
