Food historian and author Francine Segan will talk about culinary culture during the American revolution and Civil War eras on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013 at the 92 Y, 1395 Lexington Ave. Attendees of this program, called "Dinner with Washington & Lincoln," will learn about the origins of the country's most beloved dishes, such as "buttermilk biscuits, succotash, Southern fried chicken and Johnny cakes," according to the 92Y.
