Digital Sales Account Executive

DNAinfo is seeking highly motivated salespeople for our advertising sales department based in Midtown Manhattan. This program offers a 7-month base salary and then commission-only plan with draw. At DNAinfo, we believe in the power and promise of the neighborhood. We also believe there is an untapped opportunity for businesses to connect more deeply with the neighborhoods they service. We have developed an innovative set of neighborhood-centric advertising products and are looking for the right people to help us sell them.

This job is for you if you:

Love finding ways to connect with businesspeople and talk with them about their advertising and marketing efforts

Don't mind cold-calling and prospecting for new clients

Enjoy the pressure (and rewards) of closing sales every month

Want to be compensated for your contributions with unlimited earning potential

Relish acting in a consultative sales role and coming up with creative solutions for clients

Appreciate (and can create) great written communications
