QUEENS — A man sporting a pair of tights touched himself while staring at female passengers on the 7 train in Long Island City, police said.
The suspect was spotted fondling his genitals over his clothes as he rode the train near Queensboro Plaza just after 2 p.m. on Aug. 31, according to the NYPD.
He stared at a 29-year-old woman and other female passengers during the act before exiting the train at the 52nd Street station Woodside, police said.
The suspect — who wore black tights, a white T-shirt and a green backpack —was described as between 35 and 40 years old, standing between 5-foot-9 and 6-foot-1, and weighing between 180 and 200 pounds, police said.
