STATEN ISLAND — A boozed-up New Dorp High School teacher smashed her ex-husband's Porsche with a metal rod early Tuesday morning, police said.

Stephanie Tuzzo, 50, of Bay Terrace, hit hit her ex-husband's 2017 Porsche 918 Boxer and side of his Thayer Place home with the rod at about 2:02 a.m., according to NYPD and prosecutors.

She scratched the side of the car, bent the rearview mirror and broke a window and the air conditioner unit on the home during the incident, authorities said.

Tuzzo, who was drinking at the time, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, menacing and harassment at her arraignment, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said. She was released without bail.

She started work for the Department of Education in 1989 and went to New Dorp High School in 1992, a spokesman for the DOE said. She's listed as a business teacher on the school's website.

Tuzzo had no prior disciplinary history before her arrest, the DOE said.

Contact information for her lawyer was not immediately available.
