COURT SQUARE — More than 100 affordable apartments are up for grabs inside a 50-story luxury rental tower in Long Island City — where applicants can snag a studio for $947 a month.

There are 128 affordable units still available at The Hayden, which opened earlier this year at 43-25 Hunter St. and was constructed by developer Rockrose with financing from the state's Homes and Community Renewal affordable housing program.

Single residents who earn between $34,355 and $40,080 a year can apply for studios at the building that rent for $947 per month, while one-bedroom units cost $1,017 per month for someone making between $36,823 and $40,080 a year, or a two-person household earning between $36,823 and $45,840 a year, according to the income requirements.

There are also two-bedroom apartments renting for two-person households earning between $42,172 and $45,840  a year, three-person households making between $42,172 and $51,540 a year, or four-person households earning between $42,172 and $57,240 a year.

The building — which houses 974 apartments in total — offers amenities such as a fitness center, basketball court, yoga studio, a landscaped rooftop and a dog grooming station, according to the developer's website.

Applications for the affordable units can be found here. There is no deadline to apply. Preference for half of the apartments will be given to current residents of Queens Community Board 2
