MANHATTAN — A roving gang of five cut two men across the face in robberies within 25 minutes of each other in Greenwich Village on Wednesday, NYPD officials said.

The group, who can be seen in police video released Thursday, first attacked a man, 55, outside 104 W. 14th St., near Sixth Avenue, cutting the right side of his face as they punched and kicked him about 12:30 a.m., police said.

They stole $30 before fleeing, police said.

Only 25 minutes later, the group attacked a 23-year-old man two blocks away at 42 Seventh Ave., when he wouldn't hand over his belongings, police said.

They cut his face and left hand before fleeing with his phone and $50, police said.

The first man was treated at Bellevue and the second at Lenox Hill, police said. Both were in stable condition, they added.

The suspects, four men and a woman, hadn't been arrested as of Friday morning, police said.

Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
