UPPER EAST SIDE — Three people — including a 1-year-old boy — were injured after two cabs collided at the intersection of East 85th Street and Second Avenue Sunday afternoon, police said.

A taxi driver heading westbound on East 85th Street with a 46-year-old woman and her 9-year-old daughter inside slammed into the second cab travaling south along Second Avenue around 3 p.m., the NYPD said.

The southbound cab then hopped a curb and plowed into a crowd of diners outside Wahlburgers restaurant at the southwest corner, where the 1-year-old was seated with his parents, the NYPD said.

The two passengers in the first cab and the toddler were all taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital with minor injuries, police said. The toddler suffered a minor cut to his leg.

Investigators were still looking into the cause of the crash and hadn’t ruled out charging either driver as of Monday morning, an NYPD spokesman said.
