There are two more days left to apply for a pair of below-market-rate apartments at 183 Tompkins Ave., a newly constructed residential building between Pulaski and Hart streets, with the lottery application closing at 11:59 p.m. Thursday.
The pair of two-bedroom apartments are available for $1,114 to couples with an income between $38,195 and $45,840, three-person households making between $38,195 and $51,540, and four people with an income between $38,195 and $57,240, according to the New York City Housing Connect Website.
The six-story building, which has 10 apartments and sits atop Gold Tree Tattoo Gallery, a first-floor ink studio, qualified for the affordable units through the 421-A tax-break program, according to the Housing Connect website.
Applicants may submit paperwork online or through the mail postdated no later than July 27.
