BROOKLYN — A man suffered life-threatening injuries when he was struck by a G train in the Broadway Station on Friday afternoon, officials said.

The man, whose identity wasn't immediately released, was jumped into the path of the train about 1:38 p.m. in the station near Union Street, according to NYPD and FDNY officials.

He was conscious when he was taken to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition, an FDNY spokesman said.

G trains were briefly suspended, but resumed regular service with delays about 2:54 p.m., officials said.
