WEST BRIGHTON — A Detroit man with a red lightning-bolt tattoo on his face was arrested after walking around with a machete and telling people, "heads are gonna roll," prosecutors said.

Dylan Vok, 34, was arrested June 17 after he walked near Walbrooke and Castleton avenues at that morning about 7 a.m. with the large knife, according to his criminal complaint.

Officers also found two more knives on him when he was arrested, police said.

Vok — who was previously arrested for carrying a sword in a park and breaking car windows with a skateboard — moved to Detroit from Staten Island in 2011, according to the New York Times.

After his latest run-in with the law, Vok was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and harassment at his arraignment, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said. He's bail was set at $10,000, court records show.

His lawyer did not respond to a request for comment.

Other notable incidents from Staten Island include:

► A man threw an iPhone at a victim's face after he stole it from a woman at a Staten Island Railway station, prosecutors said.

The woman was talking on her iPhone 6S at the Dongan Hills station about 10:50 p.m. on June 16 when Roger Wallice, 21, came up and snatched it, authorities said.

Another person chased Wallice outside of the station, when Wallice stopped and threw the cellphone at the person's face, causing cuts and bleeding, prosecutors said.

Wallice was arrested soon after and charged with assault, grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and harassment at his arraignment, the DA said.

His bail was set at $2,000 bond, $1,000 cash, according to court records.

Wallice was previously arrested last year for assault and harassment, court records show.

His lawyer did not respond to a request for comment.

► A man driving without a license led officers on a chase after they tried to pull him over for speeding, prosecutors said.

Tristan Sharpe, 30, was driving his 2003 Infinity on South Avenue, near Goethals Road North, on Sunday when officers spotted him speeding, according to his criminal complaint.

Police turned their siren on when Sharpe continued to speed away, prosecutors said.

Sharpe made several turns without signals and crossed into oncoming traffic before ditching his car on Aye Court and fleeing on foot, authorities said. Officers caught up with him and arrested him.

He was charged with unlawful fleeing of a police officer in a motor vehicle, reckless endangerment, reckless driving and driving without a license at his arraignment, the DA said. His bail was set at $1,000.

His lawyer did not respond to a request for comment.
