HELL’S KITCHEN — A kids-centric dual-language center in the Financial District that provides “complete immersion into the Russian language and culture” is opening a second outpost on West 50th Street.

Bright Minds Center’s new facility at 341 W. 50th St., between Eighth and Ninth avenues, will offer a preschool program for children ages 2 to 5, a day care and “enrichment programs” for students up to 15 years old, its co-owner and director of admissions Anna Volkova said.

“With the considerable growth of [the] Russian population in Midtown and Upper West Side, we felt [it was] a right move to open a second location for our clients,” Volkova wrote in an email.

The center offers “complete immersion into the Russian language and culture from an early age by creating fun learning experiences,” she added.

The new, 8,995-square-foot space on West 50th Street will have private access, an elevator and a private outdoor play area, Volkova said.

Enrichment programs will include drama, art and dance classes conducted in Russian; math classes conducted in English; gifted-and-talented test prep and bilingual speech therapy services, she added.

The center is currently enrolling students for its fall 2017 semester.

Most of the students at its Lower Manhattan location come from Russian-speaking families, but a Russian background isn’t required, Volkova noted.

“Bright Minds Center welcomes anyone who is interested to preserve their heritage, add a new cultural experience, or simply get the best quality education for their children,” she said.
