EAST HARLEM— A teen boy was arrested for cold-cocking a security guard at IHOP after refusing to pay his $38 bill, police said.

The 15-year-old walked into the eatery at 2082 Lexington Ave. on June 10 around 6 a.m. with three adult men and ordered a meal, according to police and court records.

After the group finished eating, they tried to skip out on the tab but were soon confronted by the restaurant’s security guard, police said.

When the guard tried to get them to pay up, the teen then punched the guard in his face, causing bruising and swelling, the NYPD said.

The boy was arrested by officers who found a razor on him, authorities said.

The teen, whose name is being withheld due to his age, was arraigned in family court on third-degree robbery charges, court records show. He was remanded and is due back in court on Thursday.

A manager at the IHOP did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
