MANHATTAN — A Brooklyn man was found dead inside a parked car on Lexington Avenue in East Harlem, police said.
Anthony Martirano, 33, of Prospect Heights, was found in a Toyota that was parked outside of 1510 Lexington Ave., between East 97th and 98th streets, around noon Sunday, police said. A passerby had spotted him and called police.
Emergency responders pronounced the man dead at the scene.
The medical examiner's office will determine the cause of death, but spokeswoman for the agency did not immediately return a request for comment on Monday morning.
Another man's body was found floating in Central Park's Conservatory Pond near East 74th Street on Sunday morning, police said. It's the third dead body found in the park since May 10.
