YORKVILLE — A Flushing tea and dessert cafe is planning to serve its dainty sweets, creamy cakes and milk teas to Upper East Siders within the next three months.

Prince Tea House, which has locations in Flushing and Sunset Park, applied for a State Liquor Authority wine, beer and cider license for 1521 York Ave. at East 81st Street, records show.

James Wang, a representative for the company, said that he expects the shop to open within three months with all of the same delectables as its sister stores, including several flavors of crepe cake, molten lava cake, pâte à choux cream puffs, and tons of tea flavors from potted rose milk tea to mango black tea and others.

The new tea house will have plush chairs and booths, soft lighting and a clean and airy feel, like its other shops, Wang said.

It will be open from noon to midnight each day, and from noon to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
