MANHATTAN — A 29-year-old man was slashed by another man at the Fulton Center subway hub in lower Manhattan Thursday afternoon, officials said.

The attack happened on the A-C line on Fulton Street at about 2:15 p.m., an NYPD spokesman said. The victim was taken to Lower Manhattan Hospital in stable condition.

Police were looking for one male suspect, the spokesman added.

There was no immediate description of the attacker.

Subway service was not disrupted following the incident, an MTA spokesman said.
