BROOKLYN — A worker was seriously injured during a fall while working on the Mill Basin drawbridge Friday afternoon, fire officials said.
The man fell about 10 to 15 feet from a lift onto a floating platform at about 11:54 a.m., an FDNY spokesman said.
He was taken to Kings County Hospital with serious injuries.
It was not immediately clear what specific work the man was doing or if he was wearing a harness.
