NEW SPRINGVILLE — A man threw insecticide at his neighbor's face after the two got into a fight, prosecutors said.

Micheal Zapken, 52, was outside his Poi Court home on Wednesday at about 9:50 a.m. when he got into an argument with his neighbor and threw Incite insecticide at his neighbors face, according to his criminal complaint.

The victim had burning and irritation to his face and was taken to Staten Island University Hospital North, authorities said.

Zapken was arrested nearly 20 minutes later and charged with assault and harassment at his arraignment, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said. He was released without bail.

His lawyer did not respond to a request for comment.

He swiped a lockbox — with $100 cash and a wallet with $100, debit and credit cards — from inside then fled in a taxi, police said.

Henderson was arrested Wednesday and demanded police lower his charges, according to his criminal complaint.

"How come you're not charging [attempted robbery] if I gave him his s--t back?" Henderson asked.

He was charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny at his arraignment, the DA said. His bail was set at $10,000, court records show.

Henderson previously spent four previous stints in prison four times for burglary, criminal possession of a weapon and attempted burglary, according to the Department of Corrections. He was released from his last stint last year for good behavior.

His lawyer could not be reached for comment.
