UPPER WEST SIDE — It's a shonda.

A synagogue's charity fund was bilked of more than $11,000 through a check-fraud scam, police said.

Twenty-two checks from the Rabbi Dr. Leo Jung Memorial Fund, which is managed by the Jewish Center at 131 W. 86 St., were deposited with forged signatures between April 7 and 10 through a mobile account to cash out a total of $11,066.48, according to the NYPD.

Details of the check fraud scheme were not immediately available and it was not clear whether any suspects had been identified in connection to the case.

The synagogue, which reported the crime on April 25, did not respond to a request for comment.
