STATEN ISLAND — Police found 430 glassine envelopes filled with heroin, 6 pounds of marijuana and $60,000 cash during a raid at a New Springville apartment, authorities said.

Investigators found the drugs inside 25-year-old Anthony Miscioscia's Rockland Avenue apartment Friday while arresting him for selling heroin and fentanyl to undercover officers around Staten Island, District Attorney Michael McMahon announced.

Jessica Silva, 26, who was inside the apartment at the time, was also arrested for drug possession.

Police executed a search warrant after Miscioscia sold heroin and the deadly synthetic drug fentanyl to undercover officers several times from Feb. 16 to April 19, according to his indictment.

They also found mushrooms, Buprenorphine strips, several scales, empty packaging and brass knuckles.

Miscioscia was hit with a seven-count indictment for criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said.

He pled not guilty and his bail was set at $100,000 bond or $75,000 cash, according to online court records.

His lawyer, Mark Geisser, declined to comment.

Silva was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana, the DA said. Her bail was set at $15,000.

Contact information for her lawyer was not immediately available.

"Today’s arrests are yet another example of how law enforcement is vigorously pursuing cases against those who sell deadly heroin and fentanyl in our communities," McMahon said in a statement. "Staten Island will no longer tolerate dealers purveying this poison to our neighbors and loved ones."
