HELL’S KITCHEN — A West 46th Street venue that formerly housed dance club Pacha NYC and the infamous Sound Factory could soon be home to a new five-floor nightclub.

Space Ibiza New York co-owner Antonio Piacquadio plans to open a club called FREQ at 618 W. 46th St., between 11th and 12th avenues, an application filed with Community Board 4 shows.

The five-floor venue — which can hold 2,665 people — plans to serve drinks until 4 a.m. each night pending State Liquor Authority approval, the filing shows.

A tentative food menu filed with the board includes items like “Disco Poutine,” a “Freq Burger” and a “Funky Chicken” sandwich.

EDM haven Pacha closed its doors in January of last year after celebrating its 10th anniversary.

Sound Factory, the club that came before it, shuttered after its owner was indicted on charges that he’d “turned the club into a den for rampant drug use and sales.” He was ultimately acquitted.

Piacquadio didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment Monday.
