MANHATTAN — J trains will not run in Lower Manhattan weeknights through May 12 while the MTA does FASTRACK repairs, the agency announced Friday.

Trains will not stop between Broad Street and Delancey-Essex Streets from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. May 1 to 5 and May 8 to 12, according to the MTA.

Normal service will run between Delancey and Jamaica Center.

Riders looking for access to Bowery/Delancey Street, Canal Street, Chambers Street, Fulton Street and Broad Street can transfer from the J to F line at Delancey and take a 4 local or 6 train at Bleecker Street.

For service from Lower Manhattan to Queens, riders can take an A Train to Broadway Junction or E train to Sutphin Boulevard to connect to the J line.

Workers will use the service suspension to clean stations and repair tracks and signals.
