MOTT HAVEN — Warm weather has returned to New York—and hopefully it will not be immediately followed by snow this time — which means that outdoor eating season has returned to the city as well.

DNAinfo New York rounded up a selection of choice spots in the South Bronx where diners can enjoy the nice weather by eating and drinking outside, and if we missed your favorite spot, be sure to let us know in the comments.

The Bronx Brewery, 856 E. 136th St.

The Bronx Brewery opened its beer garden in the spring of 2015, and it has quickly proven to be a popular spot for outdoor revelers during the city's warmer months. The brewery will host an opening day event for the garden on May 6 from 12 to 10 p.m., and the space will then be open every weekend to feature amenities such as live music, food trucks and other types of entertainment.

Ceetay, 129 Alexander Ave.

Diners looking to feast on Asian fusion cuisine while taking advantage of the sunshine can head over to Ceetay on Alexander Avenue. The restaurant, which specializes in sushi and has been in the neighborhood since 2012, offers outdoor seating and a wide variety of rolls to its customers, including the "Forbidden Roll," consisting of wagyu beef teriyaki, asparagus and king mushroom.

Don Pancho's Steakhouse, 43 Bruckner Blvd.

Bronxites who want to dine al fresco while chowing down on some steak need look no further than Don Pancho's Steakhouse. The eatery offers patrons five different types of steaks — filet mignon, rib eye, New York strip, sirloin and skirt — along with seafood, pastas and tapas. And if diners want to eat something healthy while enjoying the nice weather to get in shape for summer, the eatery serves plenty of salads as well.
