ELM PARK — A man was fatally shot near his home on Friday night, police said.
Police responded to reports of gunshots at Morningstar Road and Kalver Place at about 8:06 p.m. when they found Keith Keita, 42, shot multiple times in the torso.
Keita was transported to Richmond University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, the NYPD said.
No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing, police said.
