HELL’S KITCHEN — The developer building a retail and residential complex at the site of the now-defunct Speedway gas station has unveiled new renderings of the project.

Xinyuan Real Estate bought the property at 615 10th Ave., between West 44th and West 45th streets, with plans to build 82 “upscale” condominiums and retail space there.

In November, Target announced it would be opening a 29,000-square-foot store at the site by the summer of 2019.

Xinyuan’s U.S. development arm XIN Development International recently secured a $108 million loan for the project, which will rise to seven stories, the Commercial Observer reported.
