QUEENS — An NYPD lieutenant has been suspended for driving drunk and rear-ending another vehicle while off-duty early Wednesday, police said.

Lt. Mary Kate Mullan, 44, was charged with driving while intoxicated and refusing to take a breathalyzer following the accident around 12:45 a.m., the NYPD said.

No one was hurt in the crash, police said.

The accident occurred within the confines of the 104th precinct, which covers Ridgewood, Glendale and Middle Village, but police did not have a specific location for where it took place.
