DOWNTOWN — Police are looking for a man they say sexually assaulted the same woman in two separate incidents in the subway in two days — first grabbing her butt in a subway station and then rubbing up against her on a train the next day.

The man first targeted the 30-year-old victim on Feb. 6 at around 8:20 a.m., grabbing her butt as she walked up a flight of stairs exiting the Fulton Street station in the Financial District, police said. The suspect then fled westbound towards Broadway.

The next day at around 8:25 a.m., the man approached the same victim on a Manhattan-bound Z train approaching Canal Street and rubbed his groin on her butt, police said. He then fled the subway car at Canal Street.

Police first released information on the incidents Feb. 28, and on Tuesday released video footage of the suspect, who they say is around 25 years old, stands at 6 feet and weighs 220 pounds.
