MORRISANIA — A new $1,230 per month one-bedroom apartment in the South Bronx could be yours.
Three newly built one-bedrooms are becoming available at 1319A and 1319B Prospect Ave. in Morrisania for households of one or two people making between $42,172 to $58,000 per year, or 80 percent of Area Median Income.

Rent at all three apartments will be $1,230 per month.
The building is smoke free, and eligible residents of Bronx Community Board 4 and city employees, as well as applicants with mobile, visual or hearing disabilities, will receive preference for a percentage of the units.
