UPPER WEST SIDE — A man was found dead on the tracks of the northbound A train early Monday morning, police said.

The man, who has yet to be identified, was discovered unconscious and unresponsive north of the 103rd Street station on the A line after police responded to a 911 call around 2:14 a.m. He was found with a severed leg, an NYPD spokesperson said Monday morning.
