THE BRONX — A pair of armed robbers held up a man in Saint Mary’s Park for his bicycle, police said.

The two suspects approached the 21-year-old victim inside the Mott Haven park near Trinity Avenue and East 147th Street on Feb. 6 about 3 p.m., the NYPD said.

They flashed a gun and demanded he give up his bike, police said. The suspects then took the ride and fled in opposite directions. The victim was uninjured.

It’s unclear why police waited so long to to release information about the crime to the public.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
