FINANCIAL DISTRICT — A man accused of groping a 66-year-old woman in Century 21 was arrested Monday night, police said.

Ronald Hughes, 41, was charged with forcible touching after police said he touched the victim "in her pelvic area" as she shopped in the department store located at 22 Cortlandt St. on Feb. 16.

The victim told police she "felt an individual place his hand on her vagina over her clothes and pull the hand up while pressing on her vagina," according to a complaint from the Manhattan District Attorney's office.

When the woman turned around, she saw Hughes standing behind her, authorities said.

Police said that the groping was caught on surveillance footage.

Hughes is being held on $2,000 bail, according to court records. He's due back in court on March 10.
