BROOKLYN — A man masturbated in front of a 20-year-old woman on the J train in Williamsburg, NYPD officials said.
The man, who can be seen in a police photo released Wednesday, touched himself over his clothes about 4 p.m. aboard a Manhattan-bound J train on Feb. 12, police said.
The suspect then exited the train at the Lorimer Street stop near Broadway and wasn't immediately arrested, police said.
He hadn't been arrested as of Wednesday, police said.
