UPPER EAST SIDE — A gun-loving ex-boyfriend was arrested after he showed up at Bloomingdales four times in a week — one time bearing a ring, dead flowers and a jar of honey for his former squeeze, according to the NYPD.

Charlie Sliwowski, 33, visited the 1000 Lexington Ave. store looking for his ex — who had cut off all communication with him — four times on Feb. 13, 14, 16 and 17, before police finally arrested him for stalking, authorities said.

On Valentine's Day, he came with gifts, including a ring, honey, dead flowers and a card, but he ended up leaving them with workers and left without seeing her, police said.

Sliwowski was arrested at roughly 10:50 a.m. on Feb. 17, when officers arrived and found him standing at the entrance to an area of the store reserved for employees, according to his criminal complaint.

He told officers ""F--- you. I'm not talking to you" and resisted being handcuffed, the complaint says.

After a search, police found Sliwowski was carrying a switchblade in his pocket.

During his arraignment the next day, he was charged with stalking, criminal possession of a weapon and burglary, for entering the store even though he was banned, according to his complaint.

Following the arrest, police searched Sliwowski's apartment in Greenpoint and found an AR-15 assault rifle and a number of fake pistols, authorities said. It's not immediately clear whether police had a warrant.

Sliwowski was slapped with additional charges for the cache of fake guns, including six counts of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of an assault rifle. A temporary restraining order was also issued against him.

His bail was set at $10,000 cash or bond for the his original arrest, and bail for the additional weapons charges was set at $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond. He posted bail and was released on Feb. 22.

His attorney for the first case declined to comment, and his attorney for the second could not immediately be reached.
