TRIBECA — The death of a TriBeCa jeweler who was found dead in his store's bathroom with two zip ties bound around his neck was ruled a homicide, the city medical examiner's office said Tuesday.

Omid Gholian, 43, was found inside the bloodied restroom of World of Gold N Diamond at 193 Church St., on Feb. 15., after his brother reported him missing.

A spokeswoman for the medical examiner Tuesday said that his death was caused by "compression of the neck" and was deemed a homicide.

Gholian, of Marine Park, Brooklyn, was known as dedicated businessman and kind neighbor in the Downtown community.

Police said that the store didn't show any signs of forced entry and nothing appeared to have been taken.

No arrests have been made yet, police said.
