NEW BRIGHTON — A Tottenville man was arrested after he sold heroin to an undercover officer, prosecutors said.

Leon Shenandoah, 30, sold two glassine envelopes of heroin to an officer on the corner of Jersey and Brook streets at about 6:35 p.m. Feb. 18, according to his criminal complaint.

Officers arrested Shenandoah and found three more glassines of heroin on him, with one stamped "Total Recall," according to the complaint.

"I can't believe this is happening to me," Shenandoah told police while being arrested, according to his complaint.

Shenandoah was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance at his Sunday arraignment, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said.

His bail was set at $50,000 bond, $25,000 cash, according to online court records.

Shenandoah's lawyer did not respond to a request for comment.
