QUEENS — Police are looking for a robber who hit the same Forest Hills bank twice in less than a week, making off with $6,000, authorities said.

The man first robbed the Chase bank at 100-26 Queens Blvd., between 67th Road and 67th Avenue, around 11:15 a.m. last Wednesday while wearing a black wool hat and distinctive short-sleeved wool red coat, according to the NYPD.

He then came back to the same branch on Monday around 8:35 a.m., this time dressed in a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans, and black dress shoes, police said.

Each time, the suspect passed a note to the teller and got about $3,000 in cash, officials said.

Police described the man as about 35 years old, standing approximately 5-foot-9 and weighing about 175 pounds.
