ST. GEORGE — A man squirted pepper spray into somebody else's face after getting into an argument outside the St. George Ferry Terminal, prosecutors said.

Kenny Alston, 25, got into an argument with a 23-year-old man at a bus stop outside the terminal on Feb. 18 when Alston sprayed him in the face about 3 p.m., prosecutors said.

The spray caused temporary blindness, irritation and redness to the victim, according to the criminal complaint.

Alston, of Edgemere, Queens, was arrested and charged with assault and harassment, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said.

His bail was set at $1,000 and he's due back in court on Thursday, according to online records.

Alston's lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
