THE BRONX — A woman swiped $50 from a man in a walker who'd just put the cash on the counter to pay for his meal at a Concourse Village Burger King, NYPD officials said.

The woman can be seen in surveillance video released Monday standing at the counter beside the 66-year-old victim as he fishes a wad of cash out his pocket at 4:50 p.m. on Feb. 17, police said. She eyes the bill for about two seconds before snatching it and turning to leave the fast-food joint at 220 E. 161st St.

The man in the walker tried to grab the woman's arm to stop her, but she pushes him away, according to the video.

The suspect — who police described as in her 40s and wearing a black head covering and black clothing — hadn't been arrested as of Tuesday morning.

Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
