SOHO — A Mercer Street loft owned by Meg Ryan and recently featured in Architectural Digest is on the market for $10.9 million.
The listing was first reported by the Wall Street Journal.
Ryan purchased the floor-through fifth-story pad at 84 Mercer St. from actor Hank Azaria in 2013 for $8 million, city records show, and then did extensive renovations.
It was also used as a photo studio by artist Cindy Sherman, Ryan told Architectural Digest.
According to the listing by real estate firm Corcoran, Ryan completely gut-renovated the 4,100-square-foot space, which now features a key-lock elevator that opens into a black-and-white tile-floored foyer.
The listing boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a formal dining room with a decorative fireplace, ebony-colored hardwood floors and exposed brick, and a living room entered through floor-to-ceiling French doors.
The loft is the ninth home Ryan has renovated, she told Architectural Digest.
