WILLIAMSBURG — This former child star's biggest fans may not be old enough to try his sweetest endeavor yet.

Dylan Thomas Sprouse, the former Disney child actor who starred alongside Adam Sandler in the 1999 comedy "Big Daddy," will launch a mead brewery in Williamsburg's William Vale Hotel, according to the building's developers.

The 24-year-old — who began acting with his twin brother Cole Mitchell Sprouse at the age of six months and continued as a teenybopper heartthrob for three seasons of the Disney Channel's "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody" — will open All-Wise Meadery at 55 Wythe Ave. He'll serve as "head mazer," brewing up fermented alcoholic beverages made from honey.

Sprouse is the second confirmed tenant at 55 Wythe, the commercial space attached to the towering William Vale Hotel, joining celebrity chef Wylie Dufresne, who plans to open a doughnut shop there.

Sprouse claims to be the youngest master brewer in the country, though the Master Brewers Association of the Americas didn't immediately confirm that claim.

All-Wise is the second meadery to launch to the neighborhood.

Last year, Honey's opened at 93 Scott Ave. in East Williamsburg
