BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A pair of new buildings with medical offices could rise along Spencer Street, records show.

18 Spencer LLC is looking to bring an 11-story building with a total of 33,009 square-feet of community and commercial space to 18 Spencer St. near Flushing Avenue, according to plans filed this month with the city’s Department of Buildings.

A total of 80 parking spaces would be available indoors from the cellar to second floor, and office space would begin on the third floor.

Plans detail an “ambulatory diagnostic facility,” with medical space on the sixth through 11th floors.

Demolition plans had not been filed at the property as of Wednesday.

Across the street at 31 Spencer St., a new seven-story building is planned with indoor parking for 59 cars, according to city records.

That building would be made up of a total of 45,728 square feet and medical offices would take up the second through fourth floors. Commercial offices would be available from the fifth through seventh.

Demolition plans were filed by Arkwin Home Products and approved for the existing one-story building in December 2016, filings show.

News of the two plans were first reported by New York YIMBY.

Representatives for 18 Spencer LLC and Arkin Home Products were not immediately available for comment.
