COURT SQUARE — Toby's Estate, a coffee roaster based out of Brooklyn, will open its first location in Queens this week in a building that used to house a home and art studio, according to the owners.

The cafe will open Thursday at 26-25 Jackson Ave., and will serve up a rotating selection of single-origin espresso and coffee roasted at Toby's flagship location in Williamsburg, as well as cold brew coffee on tap.

There will also be a limited food menu with bagels, pastries and cookies from local bakeries Amy's Bread, The Good Batch, Bosie and Ovenly, according to a press release.

The new coffee house is located in what used to be a three-story building near 43rd Avenue, one of several storefronts being renovated by developer Rockrose, which has been looking to lure more retailers to the block.

The property has been renovated and its upper floors removed to expose 35-foot-high ceilings, according to the owners. In the spring, the cafe will have an 800-square-foot yard where patrons can sit outside.

"We are constantly looking for unique, neighborhood spaces that allow us to create special coffee experiences for our customers," Toby's Estate owner Amber Jacobsen said in a statement. "This site is possibly one of our best."

The location is the fifth in the city for the company, which has existing sites in Williamsburg, Flatiron, the Vanderbilt Market in Midtown and in the West Village, where they offer barista classes.
